Officials Association soccer referees with current information about the 2023 - 2024
High School Soccer season in Region 1.
Assignments are made using DRAGONFLY and are based on stated referee availability. Unless notified otherwise,
it is assumed that MOA referees are available for mid-week, afternoon matches as well
as week-end matches.
Referees will be notified about assignments by DRAGONFLY e-mail.
Referees are contacted by phone/text only if there has been schedule change or if it
is necessary to replace an assigned referee. Center referees should contact the referee team to confirm assignments.
If travel is involved referees should carpool. The driver is expected to contact the
referee team to coordinate the meeting point, etc.
